Is it not an insulation of your Assembly?

Is it not an insulation of Indian Constitution?
Is it not insulation of Election Commission of India?
Mr. Speaker Sir, it is better known to you that, only Indian citizen can contest in election and be an MLA, it is an established Law of the land.
Mr. Speaker Sir,
You are the guardian of Assam Legislative Assembly. If anyone of Assembly member do/speak something which insults the Assembly, Indian Constitution and you don't take necessary action against the fault member, question may raise about your unbiased role as Speaker.
Mr. Speaker Sir, to upheld the Image of Assam Legislative Assembly, we expect your necessary step/reaction in this regard.
Mr. Speaker Sir, if you don't take necessary measures to review Mr.Ramakanta Dewri, question regarding Nationality may also raise about any MLA and even YOU.
