Delhi University has released the first cut off for DU Admissions 2016. The first cut off was earlier expected to be out by June 27. However, the date was changed to June 30 later. DU will issue five cut offs during Delhi University UG Admissions this year.
MAJOR HIGHLIGHT: Ramjas College has asked for 99.25% in B.Com (H).
Students now have three days to take admission in these colleges under the first cut off. Cut-offs for B.Sc courses is also in the range of 95 to 97 in top colleges. Lady Shri Ram has asked for 98.25% in English (H).
Journalism cutoff was set at 97.50%, a dip of 1 percentage point, as compared to last year’s first cut off.
At Kirori Mal College, BCom (Hons) and the BA (P) also saw a rise in cutoffs. For BA, the cutoff stood at 96.5 %. Last year it was 91%. A good jump of 5.5% here!
The Physics (H) cutoff was set at 98%. Cutoff for BCom (Hons) was 97.5%, while last year it stood at 97.25%.
Miranda House cutoff for science courses remains the same as last year. Highest cutoff for Eco (H) stands at 97.75%
